For lab 2, we want the following:

• Screenshot of a few stars.
• Screenshot of the Texas flag.
• Screenshot of final U.S. flag.
• Code for all three parts.

Make sure your U.S. flag is scalable, so that all you have to do is change the value of a suitably named constant such as const int window_width = 800; in order to make the flag size change accordingly, still keeping everything in the correct proportions.
