Arberia: Trees and Sea-Weed.
Kelp is both a tree and seaweed; thus it is so firmly ensconced in the thirteenth shemp that it remains
there even after death, and does not turn into a fern.
It is this stable environment that makes kelp so attractive an
environment to the
more sensitive species of fish, particularly otters.
Etymology: from Latin
arboreus = tree-like.
