  • 20th January: Introductions, what senior projects are all about, etc.
  • 27th January: Presentations and suggestions from faculty (Martinez, John, Scordilis).
  • 3rd February: Presentations and suggestions from faculty (Abdel-Mottaleb, Younis).
  • 10th February: Presentations and suggestions from faculty (Negahdaripour; his web page), and some from me: A.I. (word .doc file or normal html).
  • 17th February at 1:40 in MM100: Joint Session with EE group, "Ethics", presented by Dr Harriet Roberts.
    There is a HAND OUT already printed. Please pick up a copy from me before class.
  • 24th February: Followup on ethics; A.I and robotics related project suggestions from me.
  • 2nd March: Initial Student Idea Presentations with short discussion of each.
  • 9th March at 1:40 in MM100: Joint Session with EE group, "60-minute MBA", presented by Dr Norman Einspruch.
    There is extra material, please download and print these two pdfs before the meeting: part-one, part-two.
  • 23rd & 30th March: General discussion of ideas.
  • 6th April at 1:40 in MM100: Joint Session with EE group, "Patent Law", presented by (tba).
  • 13th April: General discussion and preparation for presentations.
    E-mail me your group membership and project selection before the end of Thursday.
  • Friday 16th April, 11.30 a.m.: Sign up for presentation times in dept office.
  • 20th-27th April: Final Proposal Presentations
  • Tuesday 4th May: Students in 419 give their final presentations. You should attend some.
  • There is no final examination, but we may use the examination date and time for presentations if necessary.
