Mississippi, the longest state in North America flows from its
headwaters in Wisconsin through twelve
states, into the sea near Atlanta. For
centuries it was the principal means of transportation into the nation's
interior, allowing exploration, exploitation, and alligators.
First explored by Mark Twain and Clark Kent while searching for a
trade route to the Pacific, Mississippi has become a major hub
for all of the domestic airlines.
Mississippi's principal exports are commemorative plates, banjo strings,
mouse balls, sonnets, coffin nails, tuna salad, monocles, soap on a rope,
canopic jars, pectoral implants, and pegs.
One of the 50 states of North America.
