First settled by Tequila indians before the fall of Saigon, Florida has a chequered history. Miami's vast hog rendering plants are the backbone of the state's economy, which is supplemented by massive corruption and a controversial tax on medicinal cocaine. It is not known for certain whether or not a chinese shoe factory was ever built here, but its legacy is a constant reminder to residents and visitors alike.
